I am interested in the language people use when describing football.  I am working on a new project and want your help. In that vain,  I want music back in my life. 
I haven't really listened to or sought out anything new/new to me in nearly 3 years. When I was living in Alabama I could find new music all the time. I heard it live almost every weekend. It is not as easy to find new music in New York. The bars/clubs have bills are jammed full of bands that don't necessarily fit together and when you get to the door they ask you "What band are you here to see?"  When money is tight it is hard to pay 10 bucks on something that you don't know if you are going to like or not. Sadly, this has stopped me from walking into someplace and finding new music. For some reason it has also stopped me from listening to music that I would not see live. I may have bought 3 albums in the last three years. 

It's a shame. 
As the music faded away from my life I found a new vice…. podcasting. I have a real podcasting problem. An addiction. Already this week (it's Friday) I've listened to at least 11 hours of podcasts and I am sure that I will listen to at least 4 or 5 more hours before the week is over.

I don't want to completely free myself from the podcast, I just want to supplement it. My plan for 2012 Doing Stuff! is to listen to an new/new to me album for every hour of podcasting I listen to.  To make this happen, I need your help and suggestions. Point me in the right direction or send me stuff you think I will dig. What makes this hard is that I am a full album kinda guy, not just songs.  95% of the music that is on my Ipod are full albums. It just how I do it. 

So please help me. I am open to all kindsa new things.

A friend recently told me, "You know when we were in college and you had a domain name, before anyone else, that was realy strange."
The site has had hundreds of changes over the years. Mostly bad ones. Thankfully I am happy (at least for now) with how the site is looks. Over the next few weeks I will keep posting new and old art work. My new podcast launches later this month, this site will have all the updates about that as well.
